• Email address — if you choose to enter it to view your search results.
• Feedback you share — for example answers you give after choosing a practice, or appointment feedback you send us.
• Technical data — limited information needed to run the site securely (such as session cookies used for team tools).

How we use your information

• To show dental practices near the postcode you searched.
• To run our patient search and referral flow, including sharing a ToothPick code with a practice when you choose one.
• To improve ToothPick — for example understanding which searches are useful and how the service is used.
• To contact you about your search or feedback, where needed.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed for a practice to follow up when you choose them through ToothPick.

Legal basis

Where UK data protection law applies, we process personal data because it is needed to provide the service you ask for (legitimate interests / performance of a request), or where you have given us information voluntarily (such as your email).

How long we keep data

We keep search and feedback records only for as long as they are useful to operate and improve ToothPick, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete personal information we hold about you.
